WORKING IN THE FIELD

Working mostly with coloured pencils and using Moleskin sketchbooks, Teddy brings these captured first-person moments to life back in his London studio, where the finished artworks take on a magical realism.

"Where possible I try to sketch. But sometimes you can't feel the wonder if you're too busy trying to capture it."

Mountains, jungles, deserts & oceans

Journeys into unknown environments are a key theme of Teddy's work and have led him to some extraordinary places, including uncharted rivers in the Amazon, forbidden mountains in the Himalayas to sketching beneath the waves of the Coral Triangle.
